Raleigh Cadent 2 - Excellent Condition+Upgrades (56cm) in Bowen Island, British Columbia

I am selling my 2 year old hybrid road/commuter bike, 56cm frame. It is in excellent condition having been recently tuned up, and always adjusted and cleaned when required.
Recently bought a new rear tire. It has a pannier rack attached, and a mud guard over the back wheel. Also, I have 2 clip in pedals I installed that I can give you with cleats.
The only things that need attention are the chain, it is somewhat loose and will need replacement in ~1 year or less if you ride hard every day. Rear brakes are getting thin and the pads need replacement. The front tire is stock, though in good condition and no obvious wear.
Otherwise the bike is in top condition, I paid $650, and you get the same bike plus upgraded pedals, pannier rack, and a rear mud guard.
